So how do you use your retirement plan as a business tool?
Your retirement plan, unlike your health insurance, is that one benefit that every employee plans to use one day.
Your employees all pay for their health insurance and then cross their fingers and hope they never have to use it.
But when they think about retirement, they all have a dream of what they would like to do when they retire.
It may be to spend more time with grandkids, maybe its to plan more golf, or travel. Whatever it is, what if you could build on that dream?
What if you built a company culture that said we care about your retirement and that’s why we have such a good retirement plan?
